Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items
We also cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Store Credit Policy
Approved returns and cancellations are refunded exclusively as store credit to your customer account on our webshop. We do not provide refunds to the original payment method.
Store credit can be used for future purchases and will remain available on your account until fully used.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, the refunded amount will be added as store credit to your customer account within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at info@emvy-tcg.com.
